Ya know I have always found people in my randomly painted backgrounds, along with in rocks, trees, marble tile...and it goes on and on. I have never found a way to capture what I see untill I was served up your video. I have been watching several of your videos and its like something clicked in my brain and I had to go try your method in my current sketchbook. Just wow! Wow, wow, wow! I actually ended up with something interesting by working with your process. Such an interesting way to paint, and so expressive. I have done art for decades and your technique, and the way you have presented it, really has given me an aha moment.

Hi Catherine, If I am understanding your question correctly you are asking me what brand of paint I use. My favourite brand is Golden Fluid Paint. Several paint colours are transparent. You can look for the transparency strip on a tube of paint or paint your own by using a black felt pen and painting over it. You can make paints more transparent by adding a medium like GAC 100.
