145 Years Old Tribal People of HUNZA | Secrets of Long Life

Then I heard of Gene Lambert a 123 year old French woman who holds the Guinness Book Of World Records as the world's oldest person. I told them then I planned to out live her. 😁 . So I can get that title. They are not happy. With so many passing a hundred and ten, I got a chance😁. Apparently, you should start with one and work your way up. Although they contain B-17, they also contain cyanide, which is poisonous. I don't entirely understand this apricot thing. 40 Apricot pits contain a fatal dosage of cyanide. So, I wouldn't eat any more than a few apricot pits a day.
