I love this! Being born and raised in Germany, having seen most every part of Germany, whilst having been to 20+ countries, being in Germany has always brought me the most boredom of them all. I love the town I call my home but I have to leave so often because it’s not enough for me. Not special enough. Too ordinary. This romanticism of Hiddensee (I‘ve been there twice) was a very nice treat to try and see the most normal place on earth (for me) turn into something special. It was also very nice too see the light house again I was prohibited to set foot upon when I was 6 due to my height and I threw an absolute tantrum😂 Good memories. Thank you for the video❤

I loved that you said that your videos are inspired by Ghibli, because I always thought they reminded me of these movies. That you want to show the beauty of the mundane everyday life. It's rare to find videos/vlogs that really have this cozy, safe and adventurous vibe. I feel very at ease watching yours! May have cried a little. We live in Germany too, not too far from the coast actually (it's roughly a two hour drive!), but we never take the time to visit the sea. We really don't have the time. It breaks my heart. I wish I could see the sea more often. Maybe I will someday. It makes me so happy to see you guys enjoy your life so much. Makes me feel like wonder and happiness isn't completely out of reach ^^
