149: India’s largest menu of Dumpling l The Art of Dumpling, Delhi

In today's episode we are taking you to a fine dining restaurant in the heart of Delhi that is dedicated to just dumplings and not just 20 or 50 varieties but a mind boggling 149 varieties. This eclectic selection includes the star dumplings from different parts of the world. Apart from the warm and soothing wooden interiors, the attentive service is the thing that catches your attention.
We were joined by Swati Jain who is a senior digital marketing professional. First we visited the spic and span kitchen and witnessed the dumpling art by the young chef. Soon after we settled down to savour some of these steamed beauties. The spread included bao one, suanla chaoshou, momo, crystal dumpling, mandoo, gyoza and the stunning Auric black spaghetti. The last one was a complete revelation because it is a greyish black activated charcoal based ice cream.
The dumplings were light, flavourful and comforting. The condiment accompanying it lent a nice zing to the taste. Do check out the video for more details.

One thing i difference from Dumplings in Moscow and Delhi.. In delhi chicken dumplings there is carrot, onion, cabbage, less chicken.. But in Moscow more chicken very onion leaf..better to cook in Home .. There is different version of dumplings in china, and USSR countries
