I wouldn't buy this house even if I had the money. It is to big and it would cost to much to keep it up. I don't want a house that is so big that someone could be living on the other side of the house and you wouldn't even know it. 5,000 square feet of house is plenty for me and my wife to be.

Video need to update the new price of 129 million. The person talking about the house fails to mention the fact that it's still over priced with regard to valuations per locstion. It is however on several acres of choices Bev Hills land with it's own vineyard. And the views are spectacular! Outstanding property, still needs a price reduction!

Okay, if it WAS demolished, what would YOU do to create a house and an estate of matching or better opulence? How many rooms would you put in it? What would you use those rooms for? How would you decorate those rooms? I have lots of other questions for you, but I'd like to see if you will answer these first.

This house is not that pretty and it needs a lot of work. Who would want to spend so much and still spend more to make it actually beautiful. I rather spend my money on a house that might be expensive but does not need a lot of work. Or buy a less expensive house and do a lot of work.

They just can't sell this house. I live in a 2400sq ft home on two acres and my views are spectacular....and I certainly didn't pay $149,000,000 for my house. Talk about the vulgarity of the rich.
@faznout7 жыл бұрын
I think that most people who have the money and take an interest in buying a house at this price only do it just to say to everyone in they know that they own a $150,000,000 home. Same with the folks that go out and buy expensive cars like the Bugatti. It's a question you have to ask them did you buy it because you actually wanted / needed it, or is it just to prove yourself to everyone and show off that you have one.
@vanityfair58237 жыл бұрын
Exactly. The person who eventually buys this house will not even live in it. For billionaires it's acquiring properties and selling them at a profit. These people have so many properties and live a life that they really don't connect to anything or anyone.

I can't even imagine the cost of the upkeep, utilities, furnishing and taxes would be in this house, but, someone out there with a lot of disposable income will buy it.and the thing that gets me is, that whoever will buy this will probably spend a few more million into it to make it their own taste. I just looked it up what the taxes would be just for example, in California the tax on a $10 million home is $131,000 a yr, now times that by 15 just on this house alone the taxes are $1,965,000 a yr. Unbelievable.

This is ridiculous I grew up in a 6000 sq ft house built in 1908, and I always thought it was huge, 6 bedrooms, 10 foot ceilings, 4 floors, 2 living rooms, each bedroom had a walk in closet and enough space for a sitting area, 5 fire places, 3 balconies and verandas and a great view of my town. Cost was we bought it for $124,000 and it was in perfect shape and move in ready. Who would ever need a house this big and expensive? It's gorgeous but not worth it!
@eliyotdermkrdichyan64857 жыл бұрын
then you must live in some homeless town because a house that cheap is a dirt pile in america, even in detroit (the cheapest city). what you described could be a $5,000,000 - $20,000,000 house

5:31 "multiple offers" "all cash" "competitive" BS. She's trying that sales technique "creating a sense of urgency." Nobody wants this garish soulless tacky property. The former owner was scam artist Susan Hannaford and I think they are renting out rooms here and have horrible reviews about it on yelp. This is called the palazzo. It will probably fall into decay and be one of those abandoned mansions you see on the urban explorer channels.
