Hey what's up ..Thanks for doing this Video. I just ordered from them as well. I believe the way they get you to buy from them is the lower prices knowing the grams will be under. Sucks that the grams are wrong on the website. I get the chain this coming week..

Awesome you’re getting a new chain!! If it does come underweight definitely reach out to their customer service because they did honor my complaint about it and I was compensated for the lack of gram weight. The chain is very good quality and I’ve loved it so far!

I get chains from them and there always under by 2-5 grams but the quality of there stuff is very good. I still get my stuff from them. I think the 10k looks better there there 14 k I feel the 14k has a orange brown tint to it that I haven’t seen on any other chain. Something to keep mind if your standing other Chains from different manufacturers

Good luck with them. I got got 2 chains from them and combined they were off by 6.4 grams and did nothing about it so i sent it all back. They lost a customer i also didnt like the look of the cold my girl asked me if it was made out of copper

I came across your video i have the same chain from Saraff 5mm curb 22in bought from them years ago which i still wear. Just wondering if they ever gave you the refund money ? I was really thinking about getting a 5mm gold rope from them since its been years wondering how there customer service is now. Thanks

Great questions! So the day I requested the refund I got an e-receipt showing that the refund was done but it is about 4 days later and it hasn’t hit my account yet. I will definitely keep you updated if I don’t receive it by Wednesday.

@@robbienunez7928 I bought the chain about 9 years ago from Sarraf pretty much wear it every day had to replace the lobster claps one time but it prob normal after long amount of time.

they didn’t really give a reason to be honest. they just said that the gram weight on the website was an estimate.

You got ripped off....go with Jacoje...you won't get a fancy furry box, but the jewelry is the best in the world...and you always get a little more weight than what you pay...NEVER under. And the natural light test is amazing with them. Nothing shines like their chains.

Robbie spend your money on 22 k and 24k chains , it cost less to buy higher purity, unfortunately 14k 10k and 18k is. A pure rip off, Robbie I am telling you from knowledge
