It watched a video by Retire in Mexico where the husband was examining the way Mexicans do construction. This was a crew working on a beautiful house on their street. It was really fascinating. They both made a big point of talking about the ever-present romantic music. They said that Mexican construction workers like to be reminded of their wives and families as they work, so it is a big thing to play love songs at the job site.

I like how it looks from the outside, inside is nice too. The only thing I would change would be the size, I would like for it to be bigger and higher ceiling with a real fireplace. I know, I know... but it can be built to the house afterwards. 😃👍💕

I was quoted $51k/$40 per square foot for the 16x40 from my local Derksen dealer. That’s not what I saw online after the first video tho. Online I saw it for $30/square foot. Dealer told me price went up but that seems odd since it just came out.

Yes I heard that the price of everything went up because the pandemic made the price Of wood go up so high so they have to spend much more money to make the buildings
