I can definitely understand why the house is only listed a little over 1.5 mil. Not impressive at all just big for no reason. Everything is underwhelming except the front lawn areas 🤦🏾‍♀️. The layout is weird, I would literally gut the entire thing & start over

Love love love this home...friends, do you have any idea, any clue how much a home like this would sell for where I live here in california? This home it's a very bottom base lowest level would be anywhere from 12 to 15 million dollars and if it was in an area that was not your low bass level and had maybe some nostalgic stuff going on there you know I mean I've seen houses that were 5,000 sq ft that was sold for 20 million. But this house could sell for 30 million if it was in an affluent very popular area in california. But you couldn't buy this house for less than I'll say 7 million in california. If you have a chance or a way to buy a home like this with this awesome real estate agent and I don't know her I just watch all her videos and she doesn't even know it LOL. But if you have a chance snatch up a home like this and live your dreams. Every time I turn on a video of hers and start watching it I cannot believe how much the prices at the very beginning of the video when she says the price every time, today I was shocked when she said how much this house was that's insane okay I'll stop rambling now but I really love this house and maybe in the next year to 18 months I'm going to buy one from her. The folks that are commenting about the color scheme or home being outdated really should do video tours of California properties and view what 1.6 million will get them here in California. Quick verifiable story about California property, A home in San Francisco ( the bay area) the was burned and red tagged as Do not enter, unlivable conditions of course however sold for 1.8 million 😢 Yep, true story. I suppose the buyer wanted the land and also homes in San Francisco are small without acreage of land. I will stop my rant although very irrational in my opinion to criticize such minor matter of preference type of stuff such as color. Back to the topic of this magnificent home as this is the reason I ❤ Georgia, the homes are speculator. In addition if saw a video where someone was driving down a beautiful Georgia neighborhood in awe of the homes making the statement, "What do they do for a living, where do they work" ? When I heard the asking price I was in disbelief as I thought for sure at least 3 million however was pleasantly surprised with the asking price as this home is just slightly over my comfort level budget 😂.
