15.ai tf2 mercs argue about Halo factions

now my knowledge is very limited to Halo since I only played the games and watched Halo legends. however it was enough to make this video though.
if there's any detail I missed then please comment below. the more I know the better and stuff.

Even with their "Military promotion" they would always remain the underprivileged slave caste that they were recruited for. The fall of the faction was probably the best thing to happen to them in centuries. Seriously. These are great :)

I would have to agree with medic. If there a chance that the flood is still walking around. It's SHOULD be avoid at all cost. Even that one cut scene form halo wars 2 when "Tweedle dum" Order to open a ruined high charity. Rtas 'Vadum says it better. "One single Flood spore can destroy a species."

Honestly I would love to see them debate either their favorite anime character. Demo would probably like Guts given they both use swords and explosives, Medic will likely like either Ultimate Kars or Cell given they are a biological wonder, spy would likely like that guy from Monster, Engie will likely choose someone robotic or western, Sniper I think would like that Sniper girl from SAO 2. Soldier will likely choose All-Might given he's like an American comic hero, Heavy would probably pick Yujiro Hanma given he's incredibly strong and complex if you look into the character, and scout will likely pick the worse anime character.

The storm covenant maybe wasn’t the best halo faction in the entire halo series but it was a lot better than the First Order which was complete garbage Plus the story about it didn’t make much sense and the writing was terrible but the story of the storm covenant on the other hand made much more sense even if the faction itself was short-lived in just two games but it was still a pretty good faction unlike the First Order

It does make sense Post - Covenant when the remnants were all scattering and forming their own factions. Sure, it might not be the most interesting story when you look at the bigger picture, but it does show that there were more going on in-between the major stuff.

A Halo argument? Great, this is fantastic! Halo is my favorite game series so this is just the best. And everyone makes sense. Engie likes the Forerunners Medic likes the Flood Demoman and Soldier like the UNSC Spy likes the Covenant And Heavy likes the Banished God this argument made so much sense and is completely fair on all fronts, but I still support the UNSC full heartedly. Edit: Of course Scout picks the third worst faction in all of Halo. Atleast it's not the stupid Created or the "Who the Fuck even are these guys!" Endless.

Also, Shadow the Hedgehog wasn't that edgy outside of his self-titled game or the Meta Era from 2010 with Pontaff. The best thing '06 did was Shadow's characterization ("If the world chooses to become my enemy, I will fight like I always have.") , but please, continue about how "Sonic kissed human, LMAO" for the thousandth time and keep justifying regression in the franchise by flanderizing characters since 2010. The real reason Unleashed didn't get the respect deserved was because '06 tainted people's perceptions of the franchise, and the Werehog gave the critics an excuse to tear the game to shreds. Why do you think Unleashed is such a cult classic nowadays?

In the games, he was meant to help cure Maria's illness and also be a protector of humanity But things just spiralled out of control when Heroes came around. I actually think Jul Madama was the best villain. He has a VERY personal reason to hate the UNSC AND the Arbiter. He discovered all the underhanded shit that ONI was up to regarding his people and the rest of the galaxy. Unlike other elites, he learned how to be devious and manipulative. All things he learned by watching humans. Hell, he was manipulating his own faction. They still believed in the Forerunners but he didn't, and he still convinced them that he was a prophet or some shit. He was also manipulating the UNSC and possibly the Didact himself. If Halo didn't have such crappy writers now he would have been the along side the Didact as the main threat of the new trilogy. Instead of the villain changing every fucking game. Anyone want to bet that the banished will be replaced in the next game? (edit) Also the comment about the banished being some edgy group listening to metal is admitted even by 343. If you go to the top of the first big tower in the game you will find a stage with instruments and band flyers everywhere.

12:19 well tbh that wasn’t the banished’s fault that was the fault of the dumbass brutes ON the banished, iirc Atriox quite literally was completely against it and ordered the brutes to not mess with fallen High Charity because of that very reason, but the brutes being the dumbass “HONOR” shouting creatures they were they disobeyed Atriox and opened high charity anyways which lead to the Nightmare DLC becoming a reality, feel free to correct me if im wrong but im pretty sure that’s what happened

Kinda disappointed didn't even have Heavy mention the mercenary/pirate nature of the Banished and how they accept literally any and everyone, no matter what species they are. Not to mention how they pioneered and modified most of their technology and have a rather impressive industry all things considered. Or how they got some of the most dangerous killers like the Silent Shadow or the Hand of Atriox. (Hilariously they're would be the only faction that would happily welcome these Mercs.) The mantle of responsibility was given to humanity by the precursors, until the forerunners stole it by killing off the entire precursor race (probably some survived including the primordial for now), and little did the forerunners know that they’ll one day be the reason why the galaxy is in danger, ten million years later while the forerunners were still in power they encountered us humans and accused us of crimes we didn’t commit, little do they also know what we were doing was a good thing, we had no choice but to glass their planets to stop the infection, at least some wanted to warn them but that will only give the flood time to spread, but the forerunners still didn’t know that and chose to fight us(at least the librarian later understood what we were doing) and they later defeated us in charum hakkor our empire’s capital and our Allie’s too of you know who for around fifty years. But they defeated us and little do they also know that defeating ancient humanity was a mistake and the flood probably took this as an advantage to one day fight the forerunners and achieve their revenge in nine thousand years. In the forerunner-flood the flood gained the upper hand and the forerunners were struggling so they had no choice but to make the rings to kill the flood but still I think it’s a win and a defeat for the forerunners until they pass the mantle down to us when the time comes (but that somehow kinda failed to happen as well). In my opinion our ancient armor and weapons looked cooler. I know you guys were highly aware of what I said of what happened, just wanted to say that’s all. You can share your opinions on what you think.
