I have one you forgot to mention, which I think other people would find interesting. I will call this detail “weeping mannequins.” In that mission from detail 1, in the administration wing, you are doing a task in which you have to pick up and deliver folders to the boss. Once you pick up these folders, the area you are in is then packed with mannequins that weren't there before, and once you turn your back to look at them, you notice that the mannequins are nearly close to you, in mauling position but standing entirely still, and they’ll move again when you turn the other way round. This refers to the infamous sci-fi TV series “Doctor Who” and the weeping angels that were introduced during the time of the tenth doctor. Regarding the doctor's orders, I don't think the “Don’t Blink” rule applies to video games unless VR headsets track your eyeballs and lids. Either way, when I did this mission and recognized the reference, as soon as I got the last folder to meet the boss, I legit said, “Time to put an end to this ‘Doctor Who’ scare.”

It's just a copy-paste game from MW2019. They had 4 years development time and 90% of their work was about monetization purposes. Those "little details" and the Replacer ads are just nostalgia from Activision to attract old gamers where CoD peaked at 2012.
