First got artisan pure. It started my fragrance journey. Ended up gifting it to my brother after a year. It eventually reminded me of pine sol and I couldn’t get that out of my head. Just got artisan XX. Omg I love it so much. Fresh very spicy. Earthy and very piney to me. It’s incredible!

The original Dark Rebel is one of my favorite frags hands down. I love the stuff, I even get a slight axel grease note way down in the base (it's pretty subtle) which reminds me of my childhood, I wish it wasn't discontinued.

I have 7 from the Varvatos house. Based on smell only, and not performance, my rankings are: 1. Vintage (By large margin) 2. Dark Rebel (Best biker scent of all time) 3. Artisan (Summer Beach Night) 4. Original (Leather Jacket mandatory) 5. Pure (White shirt mandatory) 6. Rider (Similar to Dark Rebel but a sour smell that ruins it) 7. Aqua (Weak and boring smell)

I managed to grab a Dark Rebel for under $40, which is a steal for what it's selling for on Ebay. Wow, is that not for me! I got the Varvatos X Nick Jonas silver based on a past review you did and while I really love the smell it is very weak in performance and I have other similar frags that perform way better. Seems like the running theme from what I hear about Varvatos is they just don't perform that long. If they had longer staying power it would be a better house.

John Varvatos Dark Rebel Rider, I have it but don't wear it often but when I do I get the leather but I get raspberry for some reason on the dry down. I have Vintage but rarely wear it but I got because of Justin. I have Artisan but just doesn't perform. Stay safe. SOTD JACQUES BOGART HOMME

Dark Rebel was probably my best TJ Maxx pick up ever I got a 75ml for 15 bucks about 4 years ago. My fiancée wanted me to wear something I thought would vibe with the newer Batman movies and I went with that. I got a couple compliments on the way to the movies.

For me artisan blu smells like a cheap 5$ deodorant my dad used to buy, yes its grassy and not blue, very old school. Something a man in their 45s would wear, with a jeans jacket and a moustache. 😅😅😅😅 Just my opinion
