We arrived in Palm Desert around noon on Wednesday, and we were at Sherman's Deli a few hours later to try out this pie. Very good indeed! We also tried their German chocolate cake, also delicious! We will be in the area for a few weeks...so will be visiting again!

We made it to Palm Springs this last fall! First place we went was to Sherman’s! Because of your pie recommendation!!! Coconut cream is my favorite so I had to try! It did not disappoint!! We may have gone 3 times the week we were there!!! You know when we talk about RV traveling with friends, you are always referred to as the “pie people!!” They always know who we are talking about! Great video again. If you’re in the Houston area, try House of Pies. They did have only one location on Westheimer but have expanded to a few other locations. One on Hwy 290 and I think one off I 10. Also have one in The Woodlands near Conroe. Great pies.

Thank you, thank you, thank you for mentioning Pine Country in Williams, AZ, I will be stopping there anytime I’m there, the chocolate raspberry pie with mini chocolate chips as a bonus on the top was amazing, but definitely split it with someone or save half for later. I was in Maine with my then boyfriend yrs ago and we had the blueberry pie and it sure was the best pie I ever had. So good that before we flew back to Florida where we live I had to get another slice of pie. and we literally almost missed our plane lol.. they had to call the pilot to tell him to wait a few min lol. 😂

Ironically, we JUST went to Proud Pie in Katy a couple days ago which was very good! They even had a delicious GF coconut cream pie. 👍🏻👍🏻 Then we were going to try Fredericksburg Pie Co but they were closed. They closed at 2pm yesterday and are closed Sun-Wed. 😔 Oh yes, we also tried Texas Pie Co in Kyle, TX 😂 Tried the almond joy pie there which was good. 🤓

Restrictive diets are so hard. Brian struggles with the GF and really needs to be dairy free also. It’s hard. So far I would say Yoder’s. There’s been a few places that I tried something different, so I never really have them a chance to “make the list”. 🤓
