I finally ordered a copy of "Difficult Loves", if it's anything like his other work I've read, I'm going to love it. For autumn I would recommend "Nocturnes", which is Kazou Ishiguro's short story collection based around musicians. It's so good, especially for a musician such as myself but I think anyone with a love for music would enjoy it. I would also suggest reading some poetry by Robert Frost, if you can get your hands on a collection. His language is so sweet regarding forests and trees and leaves and it just suits this time of year perfectly. Keats too, seems to be a natural pick for this season. Nice video Kate, thanks for sharing! :)

Uuuh this was a cute video concept! It's still too warm here in Vancouver so I'm not getting cosy vibes, but The Earth is Falling sounds so so good so I got it on my Kobo and I'm reading it now!

loved this video! My to read pile has grown by a few more books... I would recommend Cleopatra and Frankenstein by Coco Mellors for a reflective fall book about a (somewhat) diverse range of characters.

Enjoyed this video, some books I've already read and some which i've never heard of but sound interesting! I would like it if you would keep the covers of the book up for longer (or during the complete summary) or write the names of the recommended books in the comments. The titles disappeared so fast that i had to rewind and pause the video a few times to look it up on Goodreads 😊

hi!! thank you so much for your feedback-i'll definitely fix that next time!! for now, i've added the titles in a pinned comment in case you need to check back on them :)
