So, didn't Turnipseed SEE Dean's Porsche coming as he crossed into its lane while turning left? Was he ever charged with manslaughter? Was he not paying attention? Seems that accident was easily avoidable. All Turnipseed had to do was wait for the Porsche to pass before making his turn into what would then have then become a clear lane. Why was he in such a big hurry? Or did he simply misjudge the distance and amount of time he had to clear the Porsche? Was there a stop sign at that intersection? Dean was speeding, which undoubtedly contributed to his massive and ultimately fatal injuries. Slower speed, less impact. It might have saved him. I would say both drivers were at fault in different ways.

Lookit Dean's wee little Spider.. silver in color.. against the roads backdrop, plus the guy Turnspeed had the sun in his eyes.. he didn't' SEE the car at ALL. He didn't know it was there until the impact. Apparently, the last conversation Dean had was about the car(grain of salt here because how would anyone know last words)) and it's signal.. Dean said to his passenger: He's going to see us, right?! And Donald didn't. He also didn't give any interviews afterwards.

The very first auto accident happened at the World's Fair.. a pedestrian was struck. These were the days that people did not have to follow rules of the road or know what lines on the road were. There were NONE.. because you KNEW to PRESERVE LIFE.. white society wasn't so barbaric towards each other then. Towards blacks and indigenous folks yes, barbaric, but each other? Despite the class system.. people were mostly cordial. Anyway.. when it happened and the woman passed away.. the doctor mentioned that her injuries were the same as any Combat Veteran... thee injuries were catastrophic and he said he hopes that vehicles, cars, auto industry DOESN'T CATCH ON.
