I have been in China for 9 months now and I really love the place but I'm struggling with the language. In particular I have been struggling to find useful common phrases people use on a daily basis. "教训" is used in negative expression It's better to use "资讯(information)" or "教材(teaching material)" Ps. I'm a native Chinese speaker :)

bonus: use "卧槽" for literally everything to really sound like a native speaker on the internet (you can use anything that sounds similar in PinYin form, for example "我靠“ and "我艹“ also work fine
