My advise to you. 1 don't make any partner especially friend and family cause you can run away from a business but not from your relations. 2 it's always the right time to start a business because most of the other people are lazy to do it And no need for too much to start. Start slowly and no need to expand keep it always small as much as you can. 3 remove from your life negative friends delete them I am serious. 4 when you will succeed you will only remember the people whom helped you at first.

I haven't watched the video yet but there was a 3 minute ad about a guy explaining that for an online business, to start, you need a lot of money and time. I'm 19 and trying to figure out what I want to do. I'm living in my hometown, very small, very restricted on what to do. I don't necessarily want an online busines though. I like the idea of an animal shelter/boarding center on the same property as my house (that i plan on getting later on). Or if that doesn't work out, an art gallery that will offer classes for people. Either one of these ideas i love the thought of doing but I'm so fricken lost.

I'm feeling a bit nostalgic, Aluxers. When the pandemic started, these videos were crucial to my motivation, focus and drive. In moments of deep financial despair, I would watch the ones on rich versus poor habits and mindset. They gave me hope. A year and a half later, my business is a reality. My client base is expanding, I'm continually acquiring vital skills, and I have 5 employees. If you're feeling like building your own biz is an insurmountable quest, just take it one decision at a time, hour after hour, day by day. I'm in it for the END GAME.

I took the Entrepreneurial plunge 22 years ago from my small 3rd world country in Africa. I evolved into the international market trying many years to succeed in Dubai and eventually have my own company with my own unique skills set that set me apart in this highly competitive market. Only this year have I tried expanding my business with a few employees which was a massive failure. However I learned my lesson and am recommencing with renewed focus and rebuild my capital before I can rehire fresh employees on a renewed basis having learnt from my past mistakes. My End Game: Build a successful sales team, scale the formula Internationally and earn my targeted $1 Billion in profits per year, grow that model and finally have my company listed on all major Stock Exchanges.

This is a fairly comprehensive list. Still a bit surface level. Here are three to consider (background: MBA and startup finance/operations “guy”): 1. *Who is your customer?* Hands down the most important question when starting out. Must be clear who you are providing value to. 2. *How strong are your unit economics?* This is your basic of basics from the finances that can fit on a large post it note. It answers when do you hit break even, payout and even if you’re operationally leveraged. 3. *Bootstrap the best you can, but when you need money bring in “smart money.”* These are investors who can increase the value of the business more than just a cash infusion. Never take a substantial amount from family or friends. Always have a well written contract and agreement.

I plan on owning my own chain of restaurants, but I'll start by writing a book based on my culinary journey. Then I'll move to alfresco dining. With success, I'll share my knowledge of cuisine with others who are interested. They might form my staff later. Eventually, I'll open up my own crazy place for experimental type chefs like me; people who don't like monotony in cooking and never cook the same dish after a week. They keep improving on flavors and work with what's fresh and available. I believe it'll catch on. Most people don't like having to change, but as long as someone else does the work, those same people like trying out new things. Endgame.

I built up a small business selling video games, board games, toys and many other things starting off very little. I had a small store in a flea market and was doing really well until some other people liked the ideas I had and did the same thing themselves ... but the difference was that they had endless cash. In the end they ended up taking most of the business I had away from me that I had. My business then had a couple really bad years and I had to move it to another place where there was no competition. It didn't work out so well and i'll have to rebuild the business now. I got so far behind in bills that I had to get job on top of running the business and a friend of mine is running the shop most of the time. Now i'll have to rebuild my funds back and try to rebuild the business back because it shrunk over the past couple years due to the lack of funds to put back into it. After working a number of months for another company I forgot why I loved running my businesss so much. People just don't respect you the same way in other companies many time as they do when you have your own business and the income potential can be limited and with a business is only limited by what you put into it. You learn so much from all your experiences good and bad in a businesses on how to adapt to different complications. I have found that is it's good to have mentors for sure .... i've had many of them over the years. And they have all taught me different things and helped me through bad times as well at times too.

Commented before- update so to speak. I was the CEO of a publically traded company which at its "high point" had a market cap in the low 9 digits. I retired. I'm 76 and am starting 2 new businesses. In anticipation of that I was viewing this one. A friend asked, "With all your extensive experience why are you watching that?"( keeping in mind I'm very polite, ) I just looked at her - I didn't answer. You have one of the best user friendly, Intelligent, useful, fun to watch and listen to channels on KZbin (not as familiar with Instagram )- super kudos! [PS when I was a kid I read and re-read many times every Scrooge McDuck and Donald Duck( that had Scrooge in it) comic book. Love the Scrooge and his money bin! 😊]

Im 13. Just bought my first website domain! I found a problem and a way to solve it. And the foundation is as simple as that. Get an idea. Find a problem. Then find a way to solve it. It doesnt matter what people think. Just go for it! Ive even reached out to people who are struggling from the problem that my company/hobby runs off. Gather ideas and insight from people who are one on one with issues and difficulties you want to help with. Build a product based around the consumers wants and needs. Dont have a consumer bend there views and work around your rules. Make your rules bend around them. Make them as happy as you can and you will succeed.

End Game! Me and my colleagues have started a Historical European Martial Arts School named True Edge HEMA, we have a few customers and revenue we're operating 1 year already, we have been using the busking opportunities given by our city government as platform to market ourselves, and we get paid doing that. Though the HEMA school is just a start. Our end game is more like Academie Duello but not limited to HEMA but also other martial arts and other stuff too since I myself used to coach our City's Wushu team and won 3 consecutive championships while I was at the helm.

@Ms.Mimi.Speaks4 жыл бұрын
Well, I started out with my strengths and desires. I am a person that is spiritual and wants to help others. My first degree was in Social Work and my second is in Ministry as an Ancient Biblical Historian and minor in Missions. I started my business as I was getting my D.D. in Biblical History and Missions. My first business was a Travel Agency where I specialized in Faith-based Travel. I added in Cultural and luxury along with my specialty being Africa, Asia, and South America. Then I also started an African boutique where a portion of the proceeds goes back to the Africans. After I graduated I created a Non-Profit organization that works with unprivileged Youth in America who become volunteers and learn skills that not only helping others in 3rd world countries but helps them also! So, I now have put it all together on my Nonprofit website. Where people can come to take cultural or Faith-based Mission and Volunteers trips with their own Church, School or organizational groups or they can organize groups with underprivileged youth and take them to other countries or mentor them upon return. People can make Tax-deductible donations, become a paid member or just buy a gift for someone through our African boutique where they are also helping us and Africa and India! It took awhile to create this organization but it is already reaping many rewards! We had a group that just took some inner-city African American youth down to The Dominican Republic and they did great!!! They spoke to the Mayor, superintendent of Education about our Nonprofit and later did a fund-raiser on social media. They had a Beach festival where they were able to donate lots of food and clothes to underprivileged families. The American youth were happy and proud to know that they could be useful and develop skills that are our goal to teach them that this world is more than just a ghetto and ending up dead or in Prison. And that people in 3rd world countries prefer their own people who do not come as Saviors but as friends who can relate to them. We are Ethnic Uplift! "Ethics helping other ethnics globally🙂!" The end game is to create an international organization of unified Ethnics in different countries helping others also. 👉🏽Because there are many affluent people of color that can help uplift the less fortunate who can also later pay it forward😁!!! To become a Millionaire your mindset should be on how you can help improve the world!

There is a company, began years ago, that works to develop things to help the impoverished of certain countries. On second thought, they began with Brazil and may have grown to other countries. If you are interested in learning about them, I can search where I found that information. Just let me know. They might be willing to help.

6:55 - 7:10 (in the beginning, you have a lot of time, which helps you earn money through a job, which you use to start your business.) (Motivation of doing a job here is to succeed in your clear vision of business. You know everything about business, you know everything that you're gonna do in business, you have a clear vision... But you don't have money... And that's why you're doing a job.. The motivation is to get all that money you require to achieve your goal in business with the clear vision that you have already.) 8:30 (The foundation itself should be strong and smart) 8:50 - A smart business shouldn't have demand ceiling/demand restriction kind of a thing... Research about it.

I have an idea for a business, but I am in the process of acquiring all the information I need to see if my idea is a good one, how it can be done, and what angle to start playing from. (Seeing as my vision is for the end result, and it just isn't feasible to reach THAT amount of impact without first laying a solid foundation in a much smaller company.) I also need to know exactly what it entails to dive into this, and see if it is something I can handle, if I have the skills or need to acquire them, and so on and so on. So whether I intend to start a business or not... it's up in the air for now. Well... Perhaps the correct thing to say is that I don't know for sure WHICH business I will start. I already have some plans for a much less ambitious Life Coach company, which should be quite achievable much faster. But I am nowhere near as passionate about it as I am about my much bigger idea. It's better to be indecisive when gathering facts than to quit if you're not prepared to face what it will take, in my opinion. Or to claim I have any intentions to start a business before I have completely decided.
