What is Palia?
Palia is a brand new free to play cozy MMO community simulation game set in a fantasy world. You play as a part of the human race who has suddenly returned back to Palia under mysterious circumstances, as you play more secrets will be uncovered. There is lots to do in this world including, fishing, farming, cooking and mining!

If you have a shelf you are looking to decorate, you can place it low, put all your decorations and then move the shelf! Everything stays in place as you move the shelf! This works for anything that has stuff on top of them!

I just added a hallway to a "small" room that I've set up as a bath. The space is really very roomy, big enough that I've stacked fish and bug tanks between the toilet and sink and it makes a really cool room divider. I'm afraid Zeki's black market shop got lots of patronage from me as I was buying tub, sink, vanity and toilet. I'm camping him now for area rugs in between gathering-for-cash runs. Too much fun! I love your idea of using hallways for bay window bump outs and intend to give that a try. Your use of tile around the fireplace is beautiful!

If you log out and log back in while you're in the night market, it should take you to a different server where he has different items for sale! :) So you don't have to camp out forever and ever if you don't want to

@@localkateyou can exit the underground, go into Trishs shop, enter then exit her cash register and then go back into the underground. It’ll reset the server without logging off of the game. 😊

Best to smelt ore, stone, and craft planks while out and about gathering materials. Rare ore's like Silver and Gold smelt once you're logging out and going to bed due to their smelt time. A locked chest, bought from Tish, can store not crafting things like bugs, tree seeds, etc to free up chest space for crafting items.

Wonderful demonstration and display of tips and tricks! I'm so glad to see someone else showing the tree clipping technique, which I stumbled onto myself day 1 of playing and deliberately work into my house design. I'm still working on my house to get it where I want; however, I will share for a house tour in the relatively near future!

Friend visited my house today and complimented me on using multiple design sets together. He said he could never do that. Guess it comes second nature to me hehe. Also, I put my fireplace in a medium room straight off the main house, so it's literally the first thing you see, inviting you in to have a sit. They need to add sheds, different types, barns, etc. There's so much space in these plots to fill up! Great tips, good work!

I like to open some of the cabinets and cupboards and put things in them. Makes it look cozy and lived in.

I have to somewhat contradict something you said in your first tip: You said that a two hour wood farming trip isn't fun. While that's true, it still make sense to do so. The reason being that normal trees and flow trees share spawns. You usually see tons of flow trees after server restarts, but after that they get rarer by the time, because when they get chopped only some of them respawn as flow trees while the most as normal trees and over time almost no flow trees are left. Then the only way flow trees can spawn is when people are chopping trees, but since so little amount of normal wood is needed and many people already have tons of woods (and limited storage space, so they can't stockpile just for the fun of it) almost no one is felling trees anymore. All that said mass felling trees probably is a way more efficient way to farm flow wood than running around searching for it. And since later on you need tons of it for furniture two hour wood farming trips actually are a good thing to do. Grab two or more friends and clear out a complete area (big enough so that everyone has something to do and small enough so that spawned flow trees are visible). Just sell excess heartwood afterwards.

You can also put teophies as well as star gems. Though those are hard to get. I still never had a normal ruby so a star ruby is mythical

😂 I was thinking of using the hallway aa a pantry. I did use the small room as a full bathroom with tub, sink & tiled walls. I'm looking for the alchemy table plus the many planter furniture.

I still haven't figured out how to put a fish in a tank? How do I build a tank? Is it a lvl thing? My fishing is only about L5 or so. I can't fish because of the "lack of control" I have with the mouse and keeping that silly bracket thingy where the fish is - same with cooking, I can't get the timing right to chop the food on the prep station.

You can only place bugs, fish and food that are of star quality. If you have one just enter your build/decorating mode and place it down.

How do you remove the fence that’s around your house at the start?

She mentions this around 10:40 in the video in the H mode. Also if you are in Control mode, you can use G to pick up sections, just like picking up any other objects. Enjoy! (She also mentions someone else's good video on fencing in that part of the video, but I couldn't make out the person's name. Hope Fleurs could add a link to that video. Thanks.)
