It's probably because aternos doesn't allow you to add some specific mods to a server and doesn't allow you to add your own files as mods because their devs are scared of crypto miners and Vivilly wanted to add all the 15 dwellers to one world but aternos didn't allow him to add most of them, so that's probably why he is not playing with palpers. (Or they just had an argument and papers refused to join)

To make it MUCH more creepy you should Change shaders to insanity shaders, add absolute darkness, add sound physics, add a customizable fog mod and turn it high up. This will make it creepier, more unique, more interesting, and surprising for you and us (the audience).
