Amazing and inspiring post cast. I guess it starts with the most important point that Dhur-Ki-Bani was composed and sung by our Guru Jis before it was documented in Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji. Secondly, like Bhia Manbir Singh said, when a Kirtaneya sings Gurbani, it's important to understand the meaning and emotion before singing Shabad to related Raag. Only then will Kirtaneya sing for Guru Ji and not for public or money. The influence of Gurbani will automatically inspired Sangat and fame or money will not be a concern. An example of this was Bhai Avtar Singh Ji Raagi who I witnessed singing Assa-Ki-Var on 1 Jan 1983 in an empty Gurdwara because they sung for Guru Ji Blessings. They sung Assa-Di-Partaal and at that same level as a full Sangat hall.

I agree very inspiring podcast. The names mentioned by bhai manbir singh ji around 1:31:30. They are unsung heroes who worked hard on preserving puratan kirtan shabad reet's. Thanks so much for bhai manbir singh ji to attempt to bring these shabad reet's back to main stream.

Love the podcast, such a deep meaning in two lines at 1:29:17 ਮਾਲੀ ਦਾ ਕੰਮ ਪਾਣੀ ਪਾਉਣਾ, ਭਰ-ਭਰ ਮਸਕਾਂ ਲਾਵੇ। ਮਾਲਕ ਦਾ ਕੰਮ ਫਲ ਫੁੱਲ ਲਾਉਣਾ, ਲਾਵੇ ਜਾ ਨਾ ਲਾਵੇ।

Amazing Conversations, both ways from the Basic of Sikhi Sevadar and Bhai Manbir Singh, in terms of knowledge and to deliver the messages in a humble way. Inspiring way to walk on Guruji's path, no. judgments such as age, language , age gender, and family backgrounds should stop anyone from moving forward to achieve their goal and deepens themself their roots, as for myself to my Spiritual path (Sikh paths). Thank you for the interesting topic on B.O.S. Podcast.

A great podcast. I found bhaajis views on discipline and his old routine inspiring. Was great seeing him in the UK recently, can clearly see the prem in his singing.

Absolutely loved this podcast, some really inspiring advice from Manbir Singh, lets put our all into our crafts and develop the panth through our individual efforts. I especially loved the highlight regarding focusing on arts and music within Sikhi. Its such an undervalued part of our community that, like Singh said, must be something we all work towards by nudging that circle just that much more. Thanks for the amazing podcast.
