Still love Waldorf Salad; never heard of Egg Foo Yung sandwiches. My mom would combine sautéed sliced hot dogs with Green Giant’s frozen no sauce green beans and almonds. Still a comfort food for me.

I grew up in the 70's and I am unfamiliar with most of these "recipes"...and none of these need recreating.

I grew up in the ‘70s as well and recall many (though not all) of these foods. I still make the Tuna Casserole from time to time and plan on making the Cornbread Ground Beef Casserole. In my opinion those are definitely worth recreating. What did you eat growing up if you are not familiar with most of these?
