Yum, great sandwich ideas. Thought I'd share a favorite grilled cheese sandwich, it's a PBJ. The PBJ stands for thin pear slices, thick slices of brie and Jambon (French ham). If Jambon is hard to find, you substitute prosciutto. Love your videos and creative recipes.

Happy Birthday and Congratulations on the growth of one of my favorite food channels on KZbin. That prosciutto and pear grilled cheese had to be my favorite. Although it was a very tough choice with so many other delicious looking sandwiches. I think I could eat all of them one day after the other and never get bored.

I havent made it in a while but I used to love this grilled cheese - I saute up some sliced mushrooms and in the last minute squeeze in some franks or sriracha and let that coat them, gotta make sure you have the hood fan on or else it'll burn haha, I also love throwing a poached eggs on top of a grilled cheese. Have you ever been the mltdwn, it started in kingston but we have one in Ottawa and I think they have a few other locations, they specialize in grilled cheese.
