Even in 2022 this guide still holds up. I just recently started playing HS and tried to find some usefull tips and tricks video's. This had more usefull information that the 100 vids a watched of others. A minor tip, in case anyone will read this under a 2 yo post: Show the cards that you are discussing, because new players like me dont know any of the card names so just naming the card doesnt help us.

Yeah, I have always been taught in card games that control and value trade are like always right, but the truth is that is NOT the case a lot of the time you just need to think about the situations

Thanks a lot for doing this video. I'm playing hs for 3 months and I'm still doing a lot of misplays. I really appreciate the time you've put to make this. I'll try to adapt as many tips as I can to my gameplay. I'm usually playing aggro hunter so I hope to see an aggro build tutorial in the future :D.

Very good advice, especially the multi tasking. I found it hard to focus on your tips because of the plays you were making. I personally would think that Aggro or Midrange will be good this coming expansion because of the little healing available. I would like to learn when not to trade but go face. Because you need to know when to control and when to play the aggressor.

I followed your channel a short time ago and I already liked it a lot. Your videos are very good and instructive. Excellent tips, most of which I know because I'm a semi-professional Magic the Gethering player but some really caught my eye. Some of the decks you showed took me to the legendary. I hope your channel will have a lot more subscribers and visibility.

@@Ecore100 The reason why I said it's a step in the right direction is because when I started out hearthstone, I was searching for budget decks and guides that could help get me a stable footing to work off of. You could explain the cards in the deck in the beginning and explain the way they are meant to be played in the gameplay section (for example, some cards may be better off not played on the curve, etc). Hope this helps

Hey man, can you make a video about positioning in Hearthstone if you haven't already? If you have do you have a link for it. I feel like players talk about this but never fully explain it, like where do I put my smaller minions, where do I put my bigger minions, things to consider when I play Shaman for example. nice video for beginners, but didnt rly learn anything new... :D but wth was this turn on 19:39 ? you had so much better options in this turn, flunky and stegodon would have been so much better for board and zilliax amalgam would have been much better for tempo, especally when you have a 2nd zilliax in hand, this way should always be the best choise there

Started playing for about 10 days, I'm playing raptors against some obelisk priest thing in silver rank that practically still had a full deck when I was nearly empty. Next game some rebirthing convincing infiltrator that just kept replicating itself. 3rd guy had full board of dragon things with 8 8s and 12 12s. What is this madness.

Played against an Embiggen druid after what I THOUGHT was the rotation (still pretty sure my mind was blown away because I went to card collection and saw that it has in fact rotated) but they lethaled me with Leeroy and I was baffled, I checked to see if I was in wild, I wasn't (and I would've assumed I would've played a much oppressive deck than that if it was wild).

It IS possible but you just have to accept you will have to grind more. Your winrate will be slightly lower than a fully made deck but it IS possible
@jakubchmelik42894 жыл бұрын
Would not say that dragon hunter is budget deck. Rottnest drake is by far the best card in the deck but its locked behind 1400 gold price or irl money paywall. On the other hand if you have the adventure it can definetely be played without any legends
@Ecore1004 жыл бұрын
@@jakubchmelik4289 Yeah, the only card you need is the rottenest drake and assuming you got that and spent gold or money on it the REST of the deck can be made on a budget

@Ecore1004 жыл бұрын
Depends. I made it to legend this season on 140 games with an almost 60% winrate. But if your winrate is like 54% it can take you anywhere from 250 to 500 games depending on when you lose and if you disconnect and stuff. It IS possible but I would say to get legend you should play at least 250 games and 500 if you REALLY want to push it

"Use a deck tracker" isn't a good tip for a mobile player ;P I've never been above rank 12, I think my biggest weaknesses are decision making, patience (and a combination of both together), and emotions (I tilt fast and hard). I'm halfway thru watching at this point, will have to finish later, thanks for the vid.
@Ecore1004 жыл бұрын
I was assuming that people are PC players, but honestly there are a LOT of mobile players too, that being said I think that a deck tracker can be important, but if you don't have it I buess the tip is mostly just pay attention to what your opponent played and whta you still have left in your deck because that is important.
@TheWyzman694 жыл бұрын
@@Ecore100 I've probably played on PC once or twice since the game's release, heh. People who use deck trackers put me at disadvantage, but I'm not toxic about that. You mention only playing two decks, but I'm able to collect cards by completing the dailies, which usually prompt me to play every class. I do climb better when I can commit, but blizzard is pretty good at making me mix it up constantly. I hope I don't sound whiney, cheers.
