Sata goreng (fried sata) is a mixed of fish meat and coconut shreddings. The actual sata is wrapped in coconut leaves and grilled over charcoal, the fried one is actually an improvised version wrapped flour skin and sold commercially.Satay is different which is marinated meat from beef, goat or chicken grilled over charcoal. Wow i didn’t know theres a beef sausage stall in kuala besut area, will try them out when i go back to my wife’s hometown which 15-20 mins from kuala besut.
