Thanks for making. Here's the next thing I'm looking forward to in walk-around and drive-around videos like this: could google-maps be put in the corner where that shows a trace line of where the camera is when the frame is being shot and where the camera has traveled on the map at that point? That would give us would-be visitors a big leg up on dealing with the "where are we?" questions. Thanks for making.

Brian, I'd like to recommend you to read books by Macedonio Fernandez. One of the best ever Argentineans writer, yet arguably the most underated great writer of Argentina. J. L. Borges used to say that Macedonio Fernandez was his favourite Argentinean writer. His books are fun, dark humour stories of Buenos Aires and the countryside

Hector, primero activá los subtítulos. Luego, al lado de ese botón, presiona en la ruedita, después haz click en "subtítulos", luego en "traducir automáticamente" y ahí elige el idioma español. Lo traduce KZbin y está muuy bien.

Sería realmente bueno que tuviera subtítulos, sino todo en aquellos fragmentos que se pueda ver alguna dificultad. La traducción automática es muy buena, aunque no perfecta. Generalmente permite entender la idea general de lo que se está hablando, pero no siempre es así. En este video me quedé con ganas de entender qué decía el muchacho que ¿venía de NY? ¿viajo allí después de vivir aquí? ¿Por qué le gustan los cafés de NY? En fin, que si alguien me lo cuenta lo agradeceré. XD

We are traveling all of Latin America in search of our favorite retirement city. We love cool weather, speak Spanish, and hope to find a city where we can live comfy for $2000 or less...if possible. We really do not go out at night...just not our thing. We also tend to enjoy the less touristy areas, to hang with locals. What are a couple neighborhoods that are less touristy than Palermo, that you like ? Thanks !

Well listen. Hard for me to answer honestly. I will say Palermo has people on the street until late at night which is good. And taxis and Ubers are around. I can’t imagine it is much more dangerous than any other big city.

Brian, do please a video about Argentinean music, but not about repulsive, scruffy, seedy and “merza” cumbia villera y regeatton. Not everything is low-life art in Argentina. Tell the English speaking world that Argentina is not only about football, beef and scruffy squatters. Tell the world about internationally renowned people in the realm of classical music such as Alberto Ginastera, Daniel Baremboin, Marta Argerich, José Cura, Astor Piazzola, Carlos Guastavino… And although not of the classical music realm, but of international significance: Lalo Schiffrin and Gato Barbieri, they created the soundtracks for Mission Imposible and Last Tango in Paris respectively. there are more bookstore in BA per capita than anywhere in the world, i lived there 8 years, i read well over 100 books, my 2 favorites, "The Napoleon of thieves", the true story of the thief who inspired James Moriarty of Doyle and the second "The Vanderbilt Dinasty", the story of the Vanderbilt family in NY, in the 1800 the richest family in the world, how they built and competed for the greates mansions in fifth avenue, including BIltmore, the mansion where they filmed the movie Hannibal, and lost all their money.

The bookstores here are a real treasure, also there are still small, independent book publishers around.
