Just something that I think should be noted. If you read the commentary from last week’s running with Russ Cook video, you’ll notice that the Russ fans new to Kara and Nate all focused on two things. 1. How unbelievably supportive Kara is of Nate. 2. How Kara and Nate selflessly focused their show on Russ and not themselves. I wouldn’t expect anything less from these awesome two!!❤

When I first found this channel 3/4ths the way through 100 countries, I went to the beginning to see how it all started. The funny thing about that is astonishing. Go back and watch everyone's first year vlogs, and the same trend will be presented. Camera shy, not sure what to say, someone isn't really into it, you get the point! To the neigh sayers out there, I say one thing: 3.8 million followers!! Not Trust Fund Babies!! Hard work, dedication, and knowing what the audience likes to see. I feel for most travel couples and or vloggers, it is travel days and eating! The rest while still epic and amazing it is also the personality that keeps them going! We found you all very early in your journey and we love those old, "unpolished" videos. Kara's sincerity has been huge with our family. Nate's adventure is inspirational. Where Nate defines so much of what you two do, Kara's personality was the key to how you did the travel for all your episodes. Her enthusiasm for the people and the culture, especially the food, has been a hallmark of your videos. It has been fun to see how Nate has opened up more over the last eight years. Kara and Nate are a breath of fresh air in the KZbin travel vlogging community, and their authenticity shines through in every video they create. As someone who has watched them grow from their early days, I can't help but appreciate how down-to-earth they remain despite their massive success. One of the most remarkable things about Kara and Nate is how genuine they are in their interactions with each other, the places they visit, and their audience. There’s no pretense in their videos-what you see is what you get. Whether they’re marveling at a stunning natural landscape, struggling with a language barrier, or figuring out a less-than-glamorous travel situation, they let us in on the full experience. This transparency is rare in the age of social media, where everything is often filtered and curated to perfection. Kara and Nate, on the other hand, embrace the imperfections and show that travel isn't always picture-perfect. It’s these candid moments, like when they laugh at their own mistakes or share their honest feelings about a destination, that make them so relatable and endearing.

I started watching your channel and between your love of travel and your awesome videos, and therapy, I started flying again. I flew to the UK last year for the first time in 30 years! I found myself smiling throughout the entire video…literally just sipping my oat cappuccino, eating my chocolate chip brioche I get every Sunday morning from the little French bakery down the street here in the West Village and smiling like we are good longtime friends and I’m catching up on your latest adventures. You are both so sweet and bring joy, kindness and goodness to all of us who follow your epic journeys….uts such a time of doom and gloom and uncertainty in the world and I just wanted to say….as always….thanks for showing and sharing the goodness in you both as well as in the world. @karaandnate

Does someone else miss the old content videos?? I binge on the OG channel all the time. So much more rich and interesting to wastch. Lately, videos just look like a commercial...

I don't disagree, but year 2 was basically a giant commercial because they did whatever they could get comped since they were mostly out of money

No I'm just happy to see them doing their thing. I watch mostly for their personalities as humans than where they go and what they do. They've really earned their success, and I'm glad to see them enjoy the fruits of their labor. I've been watching since about 40K subscribers so I've been here for all of it.

We flew Qsuites when we went to Australia in Dec 2022. Our PJ's we not as nice as yours as they were for the FIFA world cup and looked like sports shirts. Our seats didn't go completly flat, did yours? Also the devider between our seat was stuck half way up and just wouldn't budge. Not a big deal the food service and service more than made up for it. So glad you enjoyed it.

Awesome video as always Kara and Nate. When Nate was talking about the early days of y’all’s journey I immediately when back to when y’all were in Hong Kong and y’all were in front of the big ferris wheel and Kara said are we going to ride it and Nate no it’s to expensive we’re just stand here and look at it.

Qsuites are amazing. Wife and I were fortunate to use our points for AKL to LHR via DOH last December (80K Avios each). Attendants could not do more, great experience. I've now booked LAX to DEL via DOH in the New Year. Love you videos.

7 months ago I had surgery. The thing that I watched while recovering I watched all the Kara and Nate videos that I have missed, which was a lot. I had started watching from the beginning pre surgery so I didn't need to watch all of them. I still got to watch a lot of previous videos but I still feel that I have a video or two that I haven't seen.

The ground experience you recieved in Doha is similar to what most First Class passengers recieve. They get access to the same lounge and same First Class bus. They don't get the person waiting for them at the plane with thier name and an escort (that was because Qatar knew you were coming). Also, you have to request the bedrooms in the First Class lounge, because there are only 6-8 of them, there is often a wait during peak times. Y'all got VIP status with those rooms already reserved :) Also, the cardboard box amenity kit is standard on Qatar Airways flights not departing from Doha. The flights departing from Doha recieve the traditional style amenity kits. I visited the Al Safwa First Class lounge back in December, and I intentionally booked a 21 hour layover there to fully experience it. It was incredible!

As someone who’s been following this channel for well over a year now, it frustrates me to hear people are calling these two beauties trust funders. Clearly, you’re just commenting on the first video you saw and barely paid any attention, because these two are the furthest thing from trust fund babies. They’re the sweetest, most humble human beings who have both worked very hard to get to this luxury they can enjoy and that they’ve earned. BE GONE NEGATIVE NELLIES!

Agree. I've watched since the beginning and the worked their way up the ladder to be able to do what they do today. I know we see them living their best life. But they have also had to sacrifice a lot to do this. And in the beginning it definately wasn't always living their best life, just figuring out how to. And they did. :) I say good for them.

My family of four flew in Qsuites last year, including seats 1E and 1F. These two seats have less storage space on the sides because the aisle widens slightly for the restroom entryway. 2E and 2F (seats not together) had a little "bench space" where I could sit my backpack. Being able to fly together in a pod as a family of four was amazing!

I know you're not trust fund babies because I've watched all your stuff. I may have discovered you in 2020, but I went back to watch them all. That said, I don't want to offend you, but ... I actually enjoyed those videos more. It seems now that all the videos are extreme physical challenges or high-priced trips/stays. Personally, I think y'all were happier back then trying to squeeze all the fun out of your limited funds.
