Installing Windows Admin Center on a Domain controller is not supported but you can install it on Server Core and user web browser on domain controller to manage your servers.

Getting mention error after updating the Admin center. "No status provider exists for a connection type of 'msft.sme.connection-type.windows-client'. Ensure the appropriate connection manager extension is installed for this connection type."

I think, Admin Center is not free for testing environment. Coz this is asking for login through Azure credentials.
