I know it's not intentional but... can you make an effort to include books by female writers in your videos? The benefits of diverse perspectives to the viewers and hopefully your own enrichment are well studied and reported. Thanks for including female voices in the podcast (although more diversity is always welcome), they are just rarely if ever represented in these book summaries.

Yessssss, Ali...I wanted to recommend you "The 7 Habits" book for so long because I knew that you hadn't read it yet. I could tell. All these years you've always talked about all these other self help books that had changed your life and was wondering why this particular classic was never mentioned. Now, I know! - it's cos u had never read it that's why. Not surprised that this book is your favourite....its one of the only books out there that talk about self development/ self mastery as the key to productivity. Well, glad you finally got there, mate! P.S. 1. I recommend "the 8th habit" by Mr. covey as well, because it talks about business, teamwork and something far greater which I know will blow you away even more- it's right up your street. 2. By the way: I only own 3 self help books: the 7 habits, the 8th habit and one more book called "The Happiness Equation" by Neil Pasricha.....Listen, too many self help books get you confused on what you really need. You'll forget what you came for. But these 3 tie in very nicely with each other. I wouldn't look anywhere else if I were you. Trust me.

For someone like me, who is 20 years old and was feeling a bit stuck when it came to dealing with how to manage daily tasks in my life in order to achieve something big in the future, I recently rediscovered my passion for reading. It all started with a book called "Atomic Habits." This is a practical book for creating good habits and destroying bad ones. I've already read some books on the same subject, but this one, I can truly say, has changed everything about the way I approach my daily life. Over the last 2 months, it has made everything "habit-based" and easier to do. Definitely recommend it.
