Hi Kappu, I got both of these from my local nurseries. The stromanthe Triostar is becoming more common slowly and you should be able to get it soon.The Cryptanthus Zonatus Elaine is a bit more elusive and my not be found so easily.

Hi, first of all, it's a very very interesting video. I am a new plant parent, started just few months back and I find your videos very interesting. Also I would like to mention some points here. 1. The way you call out your plants as he/this little fellow is just.... so sweet. It's like you are calling your kids. 2. There is absolutely no harm in posting long videos. People are watching full length movies in KZbin and I think whoever is interested in whatever topic they like, would love to spend on it irrespective of the fact that the video is long or short. I was just little sad that you had to shoot such a beautiful video and then edit it due to time issue. 3. Whenever you make such videos with many plants in it, kindly keep the names of the plants in the description as well, so that we can easily note down the details and that will be really helpful when we go to a nursery. Eagerly waiting for Areca palm video. Take care... Bye. :)

Thanks for taking the time out and writing a detailed feedback Soundarya, really appreciate it! Yes, hoping that there will be takers for the long format too 😊. I usually try and put up the names with timings soon, but slipped my mind to put it right away this time. As you have already seen and commented, I have now put the timings in. 😊🤗

I recently discovered your channel and am absolutely loving what you are presenting to us. I do hope for future shows you might rethink using such energetic background music. Trying to focus on what you are saying with your lovely but distinctive vocal lilt is very disconcerting when the listener is trying to focus on what you are sharing with us and having to fight through the music at the same time. It is only a suggestion given in good faith. As always I do look forward to your videos.

Thanks Sreehari, Most of these can be kept indoors, but some may need bright indirect light. And yes, I have heard that caladium is like a weed in the South. Out here forget seeing it in the wild, you won't see it in nurseries too. I got it when I was travelling.

Thank u for introducing me to Murdannia loriformis, did my research and found very interesting info about the genus.
@GeeksofGreen5 жыл бұрын
Thanks Shruti, glad you enjoyed the video 😊. Will do a care video on the Stromanthe soon. Use very light peaty soil for your broms, good bright indirect light, fertilize too and soil must be moust yet not soggy. It should grow. Aralias and most plants that grow leggy need a solid hard prune.. to get that rounded bushy shape. And great to know you were researching the genus, fellow geek of green! 😊
