Great ideas! I actually prefer to use the round aluminum containers (8 to 81/2” diameter) that are about 2 to 21/2” deep which also come with the cardboard lids (perfect for stacking in freezer) fit perfectly in my 8qt instant pot (use smaller ones for the 6qt). Use with the long-handle trivet or sling or make a sling with foil. When it’s time to reheat, I use the manual pressure cook for approximately 10-30 minutes (depends on a) whether or not I remembered to defrost it overnight in fridge, or b) if’s it’s something dense like a casserole or lighter in density like the fajitas). Especially in summertime when my kitchen gets too hot to turn the oven on. We’re a family of 4 so one of those round containers is plenty, but you can always stack two together and I believe cooking time would be the same. Also, I can reheat multiple meals/sides using the round containers (pot-in-pot method).

I got mine on Amazon with my silicone cups and Cheesecakepan. They sole a bundle and a divided steamer low rack too. All things O got I use except the jar lifter gadget. So worth it the other items including silicone grabber beaks.
