Its head heavy or head light or evenly balanced? 3. Please tell me the best yonex racket to buy under 27$ And I do really apprecite your videos. They are awesome!

Tobias, my daughter 10yrs has started to follow your workouts. She struggles specifically on footwork, transition from one end of court to other and making the movement fluid. She has improved after practising watching your sessions, but can you put up some drill which can help cover all areas of court together like in match situation

I will think about it but I it's a bit tricky to do at home. My room is quite narrow so I cannot perform any longer footwork patterns that would cover a full court. But as I said I will think about it and super cool that your daughter is making progress =) All the best to both of you!

In the next videos I will also share more ideas and exercises for badmintno specific strength training and a smooth recovery in the corners!
