Tobias, my daughter 10yrs has started to follow your workouts. She struggles specifically on footwork, transition from one end of court to other and making the movement fluid. She has improved after practising watching your sessions, but can you put up some drill which can help cover all areas of court together like in match situation
@tobiaswadenka84354 жыл бұрын
I will think about it but I it's a bit tricky to do at home. My room is quite narrow so I cannot perform any longer footwork patterns that would cover a full court. But as I said I will think about it and super cool that your daughter is making progress =) All the best to both of you!

@tobiaswadenka84354 жыл бұрын
Do you mean to get quickly out of the corner? After a lunge the quadriceps is the main muscle to stop the movement and push back so all kinds of lunges and squat exercises can help. In the next videos I will also share more ideas and exercises for badmintno specific strength training and a smooth recovery in the corners!
