Hi Tobias... just completed the Fast Footwork 15 mins. I'm on my way back into the game after a 10 year lay-off. Your exercises are fantastic for getting the feet and muscles used to on-court situations. It's strange that my brain knows what level I used to play at (aged 20-30s) but now my body won't respond accordingly (now in my 50s). All good though... I'm just taking it very slowly step by step. I think this is totally normal after such a long break. But I am sure you will see that your muscle memory will also come back fast than you think =)

Nice video! I just had a sprained ankle, not too seriously thankfully, playing against much stronger opponents. Probably this type of exercise is the most important to prevent sprained ankles. I need to start doing those as the more intense the game you end up running around the court much faster and it is quite important to be very stable.

05:25 Side In out both feet. 07:16 Diagonal to diagonal both feet. 09:23 Jump Forward and backward both feet. 12:16 Step Over Variation of first but feet not together. First Right and then left. 14:21 Step Over Variation of third but feet not together. First forward and then backward. 16:31 Diagonal Base Diagonal. Variation of second exercise. Thanks a lot.
