Yes, a short effective workout! I modified the knee push up to against the wall (hurting knee). I also have been working on my balance for 2 years so the Superman hold went well! And I think I only did 3 modified burpees. But I feel good!

Hi Shonda! 😊Good modification, that wall push-up is definitely a better option if the one done on the floor is hurting the knee. You have been putting in the work with your balance training, that’s admirable and great that it pays off! 💪🏻 45 seconds is not a long time for those modified burpees so three is good, they put the entire body to work anyways!
