Merry Christmas team!
Today's quick workout is designed to help you stay active during holidays and give your body some gentle movement. It's important to slow down a bit and rest, but it is equally important to take good care of yourself and your body with some low impact and easy exercise. Our full body dance workout is a combination on easy dance moves and light bodyweight full body exercises. The session takes only 10 minutes and requires zero equipment, so you can easily get it done no matter where you spend your Christmas time!

//Hi there! I am Minna Hirvi, your workout and wellness coach and a physiotherapist from Finland. I work irregular hours as a flight attendant in narrow airplanes and I know from my own experience that it is not so easy to keep fit when you have a busy schedule, demanding job and lots of other things going on.
