This workout is best for stroke survivors who are able to stand but may become unsteady without support or when reaching. This is a 15-minute intermediate balance workout that is done standing up. Make sure to have someone else with you if safety is an issue!
Repetition, consistency, and intensity are key to making improvements after stroke, so come back to this video as needed!
What You'll Need:
Sturdy surface to hold
A chair
Someone else to help, if safety is a concern
