Good morning! Join me as I guide you through a gentle, 15 minute, morning stretch routine. As we stretch, I will read encouraging Bible scriptures to prepare you for your day. Along with deep breathing, we will speak “declaration statements” over our lives. We also will do breathing prayers together. Christian yoga is an oxymoron. The poses are worship for different deities. Be very careful, dear one. There are a lot of ways the enemy gets into our lives. Look at stretching instead of yoga 🩵 God bless.

Thank you this and your ten minute video really just opened up players in my spine I haven’t moved in years. A full on cracking and loosening of my vertebrae took place. I feel tingling and healing relief like I’m alive again. I really liked the verses and the way you did this but there's a lot of yoga in it. I wish it was just stretching. If you do more videos without yoga I'd love to follow along!

I love your heart behind this, but I think you don’t need that emotional music, it just makes you feel special things and might hinder you to see and understand the bible verses how they really are. As Christians we shall be sober but this music has a mystical touch that might give you the feelings instead of wisdom and a sober mind Bring it before the Lord and check it with your bible.
