I usually do one of your rebound videos and then let the next video play while I'm doing some free weights and stretches. This video came on by chance, and the amount of joy in your faces, along with the songs you just absolutely can NOT sit still while listening, had me hooked. I woke up and worked out to this video the very next morning and LOVED it! I did it with 2lb free weights since I dont have the cool weights you all have yet.

I really needed this today. I know I don’t stretch nearly enough but this has definitely encouraged me to do it more often. I didn’t realize how much tension my hips and shoulders were holding until I started to release it. Thank you for this!
