A 15 minute thigh workout that will slim and tone your outer and inner thighs / legs with no equipment and no jumping! This workout is great for all fitness levels but some of the exercises can be challenging, so feel free to pause the video for extra breaks if needed - just don't give up! ♡ For best results I recommend doing this routine 3-5 days per week.

Finally got a chance to do this - it's amazing! some of the other thigh workouts I have done before haven't worked at all but OMG - this one burns! But you're right, it does feel good - now(lol)

Hi Anna! I'm not sure if you'll see this or not, but I just wanted to give a video idea. I've been trying to get a better arch in my feet, and there aren't many tutorials on KZbin. You're the only person I know that makes stretching tutorials (thank you, btw! You've helped me so much!), so I was hoping you would make a "feet stretching" routine? Thank you so much!

This is the toughest workout anna, I'm writing this at just 4 minutes Edit- After set 2 I was so exhausted that I didn't even skipped the ad Set 3 was easy bcoz most of the exercises were same as set 2. I'm looking forward to this stretch.

Anna TYSM for making this! My body type is a Pear shape, so I have extra leg fat. My other friends are all hourglass shapes, and they're all so thin! I'm also an Endomorph, people like me gain fat very easily, so I have to workout often and not get much results.

Trying this for 2 weeks 2 times a day Day 1 went pretty good! felt my thighs burning (only did it 1 time) Day 2 My thighs feel awsome!!! I saw my thighs got slimmer Day 3 the pain was Real but I got through it! No changes yet Day 4 ( I only did it 1 time since I was tired) no changes! Day 5 I saw my thighs getting smaller! I was happy! Day 6 Today it was the pain house I was in pain but I did it anyway. No changes! Day 7 I could see my thighs drifting a bit fatter to skinner but that’s ok! Day 8 my thighs got skinner with this thigh workout as long with others aswell! Remind me to check again!

Trying to do this almost every day until summerbreak. (2023) Day 1: tbh, IT BURNED. But i pushed through. This workout is very fun and I’ve Done it about 4 times in the past! :)

So I am going to do this workout for a week and here are gonna be my results(I will also do Bailey Brown's 5 minute inner thigh workout too): Before: R:49 cm L:50 cm Day 1:Today it really burned through the last 5 minutes but in general i did preety good. Day 1 complete✓ Day 2:I was already a bit sore from yesterday but i made it. It really burned today. Day 2 complete✓ Day 3:Oh my, I was so sore today that i stopped between every set to take a breath. Day 3 complete✓ Day 4:Today it did burn, but not as much as last days. Day 4 complete✓ Day 5:I didn't take sny breaks and I see the results so far: R:48 L:49. Day 5 complete✓ So the final results of the workout where R:47 and L:48. I did the workout for 8 days in total and I feel my thighs a lot stronger than before. I appreciate if you read this comment, have a beautiful day!

I am going to do this for next 2 weeks and inform you guys on !!! Day 1: completed!! Sorry guys I sprained my leg while doing some sort of work with my mom. So, I can't do the exercises for further days . I hope you guys can understand my situation.

I just started doing ur workouts. I’m overweight. I’m 9 and I weigh 105 pounds. I’m not that flexible but ballet helped with that. I quit ballet bc I felt too old for it. I feel better opening up about this stuff. Ik one day I WILL be skinny. I believe in myself. Like if u believe in ur self, me, and others 👇

Just did it. And I loved how some exercises definitely were workout and were stretching a bit too. I got a little bit of an oversplit because of you, Anna! And I am close to middle splits. Tysm!!

Hi Anna! I just wanted to say thank you for helping me with your flexibility tutorials and workouts! I have always enjoyed stretching and I find your videos perfect for any type of stretches I want to do eg. back stretches, leg stretches, morning stretch routines etc. May suggest a possible stretch routine for growing taller for a future video? It is something that I have been looking into lately, especially for shorter people like me who want to gain back that extra inch or two that is compressed or held back my gravity.
