I've been doing the 'flexible legs fast video' on and of for quite a while. Also doing stretches throughout the years. I've wanted to do contortion but always gave up, and what doesn't help is when you find a video for example 'get flexible in a day' and try it because it doesnt work and it makes you loose the motivation. Once I found your stretching challenges it has been so much better, and you are completely honest about how long it takes. Not trying to get more views using clickbate. It is so helpful to find a truthful and helpful channel and it has truly helped so many people in what they want to achieve. This year 2022 I decided that I will become more flexible and get my right splits. I'm currently on my 4th day of the 'flexible legs fast' video and have almost achieved my full split. Afterwards, I would like to work towards my over split or back flexibility (as it is very poor and is great for contortion and tricks) and I will be sticking with this channel. I was quite flexible when starting as of what I said earlier so dont feel discouraged if you dont achieve it so quickly. But it is possible and the only way to achieve it is not giving up. You just have to have the right mindset and cant set too high standards for yourself. Good luck on 2022

Hi Anna! My flexibility score it's currently at 0.... I'm the least flexible girl in my class, and I'm not into sports. I'm trying all of your beginner friendly flexibility routines and workouts and I hope I get flexible like you one day! You are very good at it! Keep up the wonderful work!

I am 13 and I have always wanted to be able to do splits, but I kept giving up on every routine I tried. Eventually I found your channels and this video, and I'm not kidding when I say that my life has changed because of it. I keep coming back to this routine at least 3 days a week and finally I almost have my front splits. Thanks, Anna! :D

Hey Anna I been doing your stretches for a while now and it has really helped me alot I am 23 and have always been very inflexible but your videos changed that ,now I can do backbends front and middle splits. Right now I hope to achieve over splits so please make a video on that and keep up the good work

Hey Anna I am a level 7 gymnast and I do you stretches daily and they help a lot for any age of gymnast or just somebody who wants to be flexible or healthy personally I am 10 years old and these help me but they’re great for any age

I'm 30 years old and been doing yoga daily for over a year now. Before then, I didn't realize just HOW IMPORTANT IT IS TO STRETCH! I started incorporating this routine 2 weeks ago and my flexibility has already improved so much. I've begun practicing arm balances and the extra bit of stretching has really improved my crow pose. I've never been able to do a split in my life, but it's a goal of mine this year. Thank you so much for helping us all get flexible (for free!!)

meee! i’m already half flexible (left leg split kind of right leg oversplits 40cm almost a straight legged chin stand) but my goal for the end of the year is to do oversplits and chin stands easily without straining anything :)

Me too, I've stretched on and of for a few years so was quite flexible to begin with. But this year I decided I will achieve my flexibility. Today will be my 5th day of stretching ( I havent stretched yet) and I almost have my full right split. It is possible, good luck

I'm gonna do this for a month as a complete begginer so wish me luck Day 1: ✅It was good but I kinda sucked at the leg parts Day 2: ✅Today I got the poses better but it hurts more :') Got sick for a week and couldn't do it but im better now and I'm coming back to it :D I'll basically start from day one again cuz I lost a lot of time:') Also, trying to do it twice on Thursday s and maybe Sunday s if I have the time Day 1: ✅ Day 2: ✅ I got my knee backbend:D (the beginner modification but it's still a big win for me) Also today it felt harder to do the workout cuz I was really tired:') Forgot to edit but I still did it Day 3: ✅ Day 4:✅ Day 5:✅✅ (did it twice) Day 6:✅I can almost get my begginer backbend!!!!! Edit: I keep forgetting to update but I did this every day except Fridays (and did it twice on Saturday s). It really helped me improve and I got my backbends and scorpions :D Not gonna update anymore because I forget :')

I've been stretching for almost 2 months and I feel like a complete different person now! 2 months ago I had a lot of back pain and I wasn't even capable of touching my toes with straight legs, now I do it really easily and I feel like my back has been completely healed. Even tho I' m still not that flexible I feel better that I've ever been and I'm really proud of myself for reaching this small goals. I'll keep up with the work in hope to improve a bit everyday.^^ Tysm Anna, you really are a blessing!

This is probably my favourite stretch routine ever I just love how it is short but it covers so many different stretches and I love the sounds it makes after the timer is out so that you know when you can get out of the stretch

I’ve been doing this challenge for a few days now and I can definitely feel a difference 🥰 Today was a little different because I had all my kittens in my room and they were playing around me while I was doing it 😂 definitely made it more interesting and while I was doing the leg stretching ( leg fold ) one of them decided to lay on me and now I’m stuck and cannot continue 🥹

2022 is almost over and I have made so many memories within my cheer journey this year, This routine has helped me so much with getting into a higher level for 2023 and just importing my skills in general. I went from not being able to do a backbend (January) to getting my back walkover (December) and winning the award for the most improved student in my team! I usually do your stretches as a warm up before practising my TaeKwonDo. And I have seen so much improvement in my flexibility thanks to you. Thank you for adding in the little ding at the end of the timer😄.

Day 1 Completed Day 2 Done and felt very relaxed day 3 done I also got my teardrop backbend but need to straighten more Day 4 Working on teardrop Day 5 break Day 6 done Day 7 Complete Day 8 Done Day 9 Did only the first part of the routine and then did Anna newest Middle split and Back stretching routine Day 10 done Day 11 did relaxing night stretch Day 12 done Day 13 Busy so had a break Day 14 Done this routine Day 15 Done Day 16 completed Day 17 Done Day 18 did this routine with annas morning routine Day 19 did not do this but did Annas morning stretch and how to get flexible in 10 minutes routine Day 20 vaccinated yesterday so will only stretch my legs Day 21 Only stretched legs as well Edit i still come back to this routine but this challenge ahs definitley gotten result

When I started stretching with your videos I became 10000% better than I was. I was in rhythmic gymnastics and my coach screamed at me saying you will never do it, my dream for that moment was to get a little oversplit and OMG now I can do wall oversplits, needles and more than you so much Anna . I would never been able to do it with out you Xxxx Eli💜✨

Anna, thank you so much for all of your flexibility videos! I've been using this one and "Do this Everyday to get Flexible." After 1 week of stretching (with the beginner modifications) for 45 minutes a day, I can do a pretty good bridge and touch my toes while bringing my head to my legs! I love your videos.

I decided to do this and more of your videos for 4months and now I have gotten my over split 1inch from my right splits fully down on my left splits and got my needle and scorpion,but it took a lot of “not giving up” because of u I have achieved my goal!. I am gonna do this for 1 month and I will update you every day how it’s going Day 1: Most of the stretches are easy for me, some I cannot do yet like the splits and the lifting my leg and holding it over me, but I did feel some stretch and I think this will help get me flexible easily (I already am a little flexible, just would like to be able to do more) I’ll update you tomorrow!

This is very helpful! I am going to be doing these stretches as much as I possibly can! Also I love that you have modified versions for inflexible like myself! A lot of videos I have watched didn’t have that. It has always been my dream to become flexible, but I gave up because I didn’t know where to start. You’ve inspired me so much to try again, and this time I’m not quitting!

I will try to get my split thanks to this video ! I started on June 18, 2022, please everyone give me strength I'm so far from my split this is ridiculous, I'm incredibly stiff ^^ Week one : I'm still so so far from my split it's ridiculous Week two: my entire body sore and i feel I'm even further away from my split lmao So I stopped during my vacation but starting again now 😃

In 2021 i did many routines if her for atleast 4 months i was flexible quite good. After than I stopped doing stretches and all because of lazyness... Now in 2022 i started again and it hurts like hell. It all happened because of my laziness. So y'all don't stop doing these stretches 🤧✨😵

I started doing this yesterday Day2: first set at 6:30am ✅ second at around 9pm ✅I also added the warm up and I can already see a deference Day3: it's 7am and just finished ✅ it's 7 pm and did the second set✅ I also started doing the back stretch Day4:❌ I couldn't finish it :( Day5:✅8 am just finished it Is it normal that when I try to stretch my back I feel dizzy it's annoying Day6:❌ Day7:(03/03/2022)❌ Day8:✅ I'm more flexible Day9:❌ Day10:✅ it's 9 am Day11:✅ Day12:❌ Day13:rest day Day14:✅ it's 8am I just finished this Day15:✅ it's 4:28 pm getting more flexible 😌 I can reach my head to my knees Day16:✅ it's 10:20 pm (12/03/2022) Day17:✅ Day18:❌ I was studying for exam Day19: ✅ I memorized this Day20: ❌ Day21:❌ Day22:✅ Day 23:✅ Day 24:✅ Day 25:❌ Day 26:✅ (23/03/22) when I finish one month of doing this I'm gonna do more stretches Day27:❌ Day28:✅didn't finish it Day29:✅almost done with the one month challenge hehe 30:✅ Done This will be y routine from now on kzbin.info/aero/PLbd_ILIeYtuA8VHlTNUjDooe6yB0g49ak Day1:

Thank you for all you do because of your vids I got my Chest Stand my Knee Bridge Twist an Over Split a Scorpion a TearDrop Back Bend my Front and Back Walkover and I am working on my Ariel I am nervous though lol I know this is getting pretty long but thank you for your vids by the way any tips to keep your hands of the ground for some reason even with things in my hands I get to nervous and drop them

Anna, I'm am so flexible now, all my life since at least I was 5 I couldn't even do a full cart wheel! But now I can do a good handstand and have started watching you're video's about a year or 2 ago, you're video's help me a lot and I am soooo close do doing a spilt because of you!!!! thanks so much for these amazing, great , helpful routines! thanks, Anna!❤🤸‍♂😀🦋

i used to do gymnastics and was the most flexible person there. i would do oversplits all the time then i stoped gymnastics and stoped streching for 3 months then i lost the splits! and because you are the reason i first became flexible many years ago i started doing your stretches again and by day three i could do the splits again!

I’m flexible already but then I saw you and I was like “I need more flexibility,”. I really want to improve my chin stands, chest stands, leg holds, backbends, contortion handstands, and more. I have been following only your videos for almost five months straight and I have seen huge improvements. Thank you so much for making these videos and showing your talent with us.
