Would you be able to make a ten minute warm-up version? I know I need to warm-up better, but I am impatient to get on the wall. If it's just a ten minutes though, I might actually stick with it!

Perfect. I am rubbish at warming up for climbing (usually just wave my arms around a bit and jump on some easy routes), so will try and incorporate some of this! Thanks :-)

Please could you do a flow for upper back and neck for all of us who're spending our days bent over home desk setups and feeling stiff and sore because of it!
