Yes, this class can be helpful for closing an upper DR. 🙂 It's often a multi-step process and person-specific (I can't tell you which exercises would help you more without evaluating you first) but this class guides you through coordinating your breath with engaging your core muscles. That helps those tissues build tension and begin to close the gap. Hope that helps!
