It's really nice to have a young, fit coach who can actually provide a work-out at a pace that older, disabled or less fit people can manage without feeling patronized or bad about what we can't do. So, thank you for this and I will definitely be having a go! 15 minutes is an achievable target and I love watching the calorie burner too 😊

this is the only person I work out to . I gave up my gym in NYC and watch him 5 days a week. I never get hurt. He is really outstanding!!

Thank you so much I wanted my dad to work out has it was quarantine and he doesn't go out for walk my work out is hard for him but u made a gr8 work out for seniors he is 58 he started sweating while doing it in good way 😊😊

I was an instructor for seniors, pregnant women and kids for over 20 years. The instruction offered by HASfit is the best I've found online and I'm so happy I did. If I can't get out to a gym, I always have HASfit, thanks.

This is my first workout in a long time. It was great! I am 120 pounds overweight! This workout let me move at my own pace. I definitely got something accomplished. Thank you! I will definitely be back to do this in a couple days.

This couldn’t be more relevant and useful in these times of COVID-19 lockdown. We’re a 65/70 yr old couple stuck in the apartment for the duration. I’ve started doing these exercises three times a day using canned veg as weights. Feel really good afterwards. Thanks.

This is a brilliant alternate day work out with my much harder pilates work out. Also it is more mobile and i like that. I admit that I work it hard but see that it is excellent for those who need to just take it easier. Thank you.

Hi! I've done this routine twice now and love it! It's more challenging than you would think, being designed for seniors but you can do it at your own pace if you need to take it easier. I will keep doing this as long as we have to stay home; don't want to lose my fitness.

Today is day 3 of my 15 minute Senior workout with Coach Kozak. I am 56 and had a heart attack just after Thanksgiving 2016. I love this video because from day one I've been able to keep up! It feels so good to finally find a workout plan I can do as cardiac rehab at home. Thank you SO VERY MUCH for these wonderful videos and I plan on working my way up with you! Love you guys!

I have been doing one of your other senior workouts for over a year now and it has helped me stay in shape at 66. This one has added more exercises to my routine and I am now doing a half hour of exercises. You are a great teacher as you make these easy to follow and do.
