It is a great one off guide for Curing Sciatica without the hard work. Ive heard some great things about it and my buddy at very last got cool results with it.

I was a Sciatica sufferer for almost 7 months. I was a bit skeptical but I was in so much pain I was willing to try anything to get a good nights sleep. Who would have thought KZbin and this video saved my life. There wasn't a pill,or a doctor or treatment that helped me..20 minutes a day when I woke up watching and doing this video turned my life around and cleared up my sciatica pain in a week.when I say pain, my life has become utter hell. When your not feeling well all aspects of your life are damaged..I now wake up energized and looking forward to doing these quickly and easy warm ups in the morning.. truly a life saver, I recommend this work out to any one with sciatica pain . It has been a blessing for me to come across this video, I have been suffering from sciatica since 2011. I could not walk properly due to pain , stiffness and tingling at the back of my knees, I have been doing this excercizes for a week now and I am feeling much better and I am gaining strength in my mobility. Ive been to the e.r and have $6000 in medical bills and all I got was some pain meds that make me bleed when I go to the bathroom and I still couldn’t walk the next day...this free exercise video gave me more relief then going to the emergency room and all it cost was 19 min of my life... you guys deserve to be big thank you for the video, much respect.

Guys, this really works. I have been struggling with Sciatica pain for a few years. Then discovered this video and have been doing it once a day or once every 2 days…. And after 4 months of it… i can say it is 95% sciatica healed. Don’t give up, don’t think it doesn’t work after a few tries. Keep at it and things will improve.

​@@kostar500 Does your pain starts from the butt to the groin down to your legs? I have these for 4 days now and it is really bad when I sit too long. It relieves only when lying but it hurts a lot when I try to sit. I havent gone to the doctor as I have difficulty walking from the pain.

I suffer from sciatic nerve pain off and on. I woke up the morning at <a href="#" class="seekto" data-time="210">3:30</a> in pain, I started doing stretched I’ve learned through therapy and continued searching for other techniques and came across this. I did the whole workout/stretch and this will now be my daily routine. Thank you so much for posting this: this was a huge help and I can’t thank you both enough

I’m here in 2022 and started doing these workouts about 4 days ago. I wasn’t able to walk last week because of sciatica pain but now I’m back up and moving and if i feel a small pain come back I just right back to the stretches and it helps me immediately! Thank you both so much! You have no idea how much this has helped me recover!

Omg I'm right where you were! Excruciating pain! Can't walk, can't get comfortable sitting or lying down. I'm going to attempt these stretches as soon as the pain subsides a little bit. Waiting for naproxen to kick in.

Perfect workout for sciatica. My sciatica flare up couple of days ago was really bad. I couldn't walk with my left leg because of excruciating pain radiating from my back to my foot, and had to use a cane. After 2x a day for 2 days doing the 18 minute HASfit exercises for sciatica, now I can walk comfortably without a cane and with minimal pain. I'll continue doing this routine until all pain is gone. It really works and I don't need to take meds for the pain which is fantastic. Thank you Coach Kozak and Claudia.

Hello @@garima306 and thank you for asking. I'm feeling much better. I did a combination of ice therapy, OTC anti inflammatories, tens/ems therapy, rest and finally the stretching. I was much better within a few days and completely better in a week's time. I hope you're feeling better as well. I'm going to keep doing the stretching so hopefully I won't get back to such a terrible place. Best wishes!

Same here, got hurt on Labor Day, back pain, barely can walk, sit, or stand. My wife told me about this video, try it on that night, it definitely not a fun work out the first 5 mins, but then after the 5th mins, I felt I can move a bit more. Today is my 3rd day, and I have been doing this exercise twice a day so far. I am back on the road with my wife to walk the dog 3 times a day, and I can sit and stand fine. Still have a little tense feeling here and there, but I am sure by the end of the week, this exercise will heal me completely. You guys rocks!!

Thank you for this! I have multiple desiccated discs and these exercises helped me along the way. First few sessions made my leg pain worse but after a couple more stretching, it gradually reduced the pain. Encouraging everyone for those with having difficulty to trust the process. I have Saciatic pain for over 3 wks. Saw my PCP she provided me with medication one to take at night one in the morning. She showed me few exercises to do but my Son found the video on Utube and since them my pain as disminish. Omg! I am so happy to hear this that you are better. Can you please tell me how long you had sciatic pain issues? I have this for the last 6 months the pain was so bad. I was crying everyday. I wish to express my heartiest gratitude to you for these exercises. I have sciatica pain since 2017 and it keeps coming back on a regular basis. I got the worst pain ever 4 days ago. I could barely walk and every movement was very painful. I was in bed most of the time. My husband had to hold me while I tried to walk. No medicines, no ointments worked. This morning, I found your video and I immediately did those exercises in my bed. And I could already feel the pain reducing considerably. I tried to come out of bed and I could stand without any pain. I tried to walk without holding my bedside and the wall. I kept my back straight and I could actually walk without any pain and climb the stairs easily. It just felt like a miracle. At this moment, I don't feel any pain anymore and I have done the exercises twice already. Thank you so much.

What a magic . I call these exercises pure magic. Sciatica pain on my left leg and hip was new to me. I had no clue why and how this pain started. It was excruciating pain which I never felt before. Someone told me that it might be Sciatica pain. So I came across this video and OMG it's magic. My pain got reduced in couple days and then it vanished in couple weeks. So on the second and the third day, it got down to 40 percent then in a week or got down to 50 percent. Then in 12 to 14 days the pain was down to 80 percent. Today is my 16th day and now it's almost over The beauty of this magical exercise is that you feel the stretch, the pain reduction in just two days. You can feel that it's stretching exactly at the spot where the pain exists... THE PIGEON EXERCISE IS THE BEST. ITS MY FAVOURITE. YOU CAN FEEL THE STRETCH. ITS LITTLE PAIN FUL IN THE FIRST TWO DAYS BUT THE PAIN VANISHES

Today was day 1 and I already feel so much better. I was so scared to move cause everytime i did, I would get this stabbing pain in my thighs. I'm in bed all the time and it started affecting my daily life so much. I wanted to take a step today and did the stretch. I already feel so much better. The pain is still there. But instead of the stabbing pain, it's just mild throbbing. And I'm crying from relief. Thank you so so much!

I walk to and from work every day, and 40 minutes each way, and I have been having hip pain and piroformis issues especially on my right side and it's very painful. I came across your video for these wonderful stretches and I do them every day before my workout and what a difference in the way I feel and pain has been subsiding gradually. Okay I’m a week into my pain and watched this. Stretched this routine for 12 minutes on the pained side in the morning and haven’t had a better day yet. I can move for 14 hours without an issue. I still have sciatica, but at least I can control how I feel. Huge shout out to people making content to help others.

I keep this video in my regular rotation and whenever I feel a little grumbling from my lower back, I immediately do this and feel relief. I highly recommend doing this 3x a week for maintenance and every single day when you have a flare-up. I had a herniated disc that caused terrible pain down my right leg for almost 3 months. Ice, heat, slow walking every day (2 miles), TENS machine therapy, Epsom salt bath, and this routine are the way to go for all of you suffering out there. Know that full recovery IS possible if you are patient. Thank you Coach Kozak and Claudia for this amazing routine!

I literally am in tears of joy, I was in so much pain and I happened to find this video just now and did the routine and felt instant relief 😭 I just left the hospital and there was nothing they could do but this brought instant relief after I completed it and I did it while in the bed lol thank you so much for this video!!

Like many other commentators, I was struggling with sciatica pain for a few weeks. It got to the point where I couldn't sit at all. I could lie down or stand up. I was pacing around my apartment and utterly miserable. Monday I found this video and after doing it twice a day...and the improvement in only 5 days is astounding! This is such a helpful routine! I like that it's less than 20 minutes as it makes it easy to fit into the day. Thank you so much!!! 💜💜💜

I’ve had this pain for 3 weeks and the minute I did this and followed up with a low impact 20 minute HIIT my pain went from a level 9/10 to a 1/2. Amazing! Will be keeping this in my back pocket and will continue doing these stretches weekly. Thanks so much!

OMG! I just stumbled across this site as I was looking for some kind of relief from my lower back and sciatica pain. I have not been able to sleep or sit comfortably for at least a year without unbearable pain. I noticed a difference after the first round of these exercises. Having suffered from lower back pain and sciatica, from Gymnastics, for over 20 years these stretches have changed everything. Started running and the pain was excruciating ... after 2 weeks of these stretches I am able to continue running and did a 10k last weekend. Also really enjoy your other workouts when not running. I've had pain for as long as I can remember and like you said in the video I just gave up BUT I did your stretches yesterday morning and I realized I had less pain throughout the day. I like how you encourage the viewers throughout the video. It definitely helps me keep going. Finished my second day and will keep at it! Thank you!

These stretches have helped me tremendously. Before I came across this video my back would lock up with the simplest tasks. After 5 weeks of doing these stretches It has loosened those muscle and reduced the pain In my back as well as the pain running down my left leg. A Thousand Thanks!!!

I just saved this video to my favorites. This is my second time in my life I’ve had sciatica pain. Exercises helped them go away the last time. Yes brother surely u can lift even u can lift heavy.. can check my KZbin channel @itsallaboutfitness96 where I squat heavy often 😅... But I have limited my deadlift either I don't go heavy or just skip it doing some heavy machines tbars ... Conclusion: just give time, take rest ,do this wonderful 18 min stretch & boom ur back will return to beast training 💪🏻...... Also it has been ducking 5 years since I commented 😭 also let me know this helped u or not ☺️

I've had sciatica for the better part of two years now, and I've been recently trying to get my life together. Started a new gym routine and these exercises relieved the pain almost immediately. Thank you HAS Fit!! I began this stretch on August 29, 2022 after injuring myself by doing a wall exercise. I was in pain for 1 week hoping it would go away to no avail. Went to my doctor who diagnosed it. I was instructed to do sciatic nerve stretches, ice 3x's a day using the 20 on 20 off method, rest and prescribed meds for pain. By September 3 I felt no pain and no longer needed the meds. This morning, September 5th I was able to walk again with my husband and walked 2.79 miles. We usually walk 4 miles 3x's a week and 1 mile 2 days a week. I'm sure by next week I can get back to our routine. These stretches work, and anyone who is dealing with, or have dealt with sciatica nerve pain should make this a part of their exercise routine. One more thing, sciatica pain won't move on its own, you have to move it. So please, do yourself a huge favor and get up and move. My husband and I both have dealt with it in the past. Today we are 72 and 60. Because we won't allow it to debilitate us it can't. Don't allow it to do that to you either. 💛💛💛

Yesterday was the 1st time I tried these stretches. Today, I was able to sit/stand with no pain. Walking for more than 1 minute is still a challenge, but it will take time to get back to where I was. Thank you so much for sharing these stretches.

This really helps me everyday. There is always pain in my pelvis, gluts and all the way down to my feet everyday and this really helps me alleviate the pain and be able to move and do my job everyday. I also noticed that my lower limbs are getting stronger and stronger as days go by.

Thankyou ever so much 3-4 weeks of nerve pain in my left leg started in my glutes.I exercise weekly under a physiotherapist and was amazed at the problems the catscan found in my spine .My glutes have been the issue on/ off for a while but I am 77 and age can be the issue.Nothing has worked when the doc mentioned spinal injections I became nervous but worried about my lack of sleep.First night without pain I am sure it’s these exercises after 3 days .So very happy.❤😊

I couldn't lift my leg up while lying down ... was having difficulty in walking ... but I had no pain in buttocks.. ... do give it a try it will save u from upcoming problems ... I was not able to sit and stand in proper manner .. I couldn't go upstairs .. it has helped me alot...

Making use of it finally takes away the nasty feeling of sciatica pain and the pressure it gives on my back.
