This is a great workout that you can do at home or in the gym, all you need are some dumbbells and resistance bands. Try this 15 minute shoulder and back workout for men over 50, to help broaden your upper body! Having a wide back with boulder shoulders will help you look slimmer, since it has more of a v-shape look. It is 15 minutes, but it is an intense 15 minutes for great results.
The shoulders are a smaller muscle group, and do not require too much workload to build them. They can still be quite strong though, so make sure to work them hard enough to build them. Your back is a larger muscle group, where you need to hit it in multiple different areas to build a big overall back.
