You're right. This one is complicated. I was just thinking I'll have to try this one several times when you said you did it eight times. ❤ Thank you for the encouragement. ❤

Haha! Yes, some take me a lot longer to learn than others. It's calming for me to practice something over and over again until it feels right.

Thank you for the encouragement! My hands don't work too well, it takes me several years and I have to send you videos to myself so I can practice it over and over! I love your art work and look forward to seeing more

I'm new to your channel and I just need to pause and thank you. 🙏 I recently discovered zentangling and it's completely refreshed my too long dormant desire to "doodle." I have checked out several CZT's channels but you offer the perfect balance for me. I'm sure many love to just watch a tangler go, but I want to learn. Telling us to put a dot here, draw a line from this to that in this manner, and giving me a moment to look down at my paper and try that...adding your thoughtful reminders that it's ALL GOOD and not to worry... It's perfect for me. You're the perfect teacher of this 'not meant to be perfect' art form and I'm here for it. ❤❤❤ May the algorithms bless you.

That is all so incredibly kind of you to say! I’m so happy you are enjoying the videos and I’m so excited that it ignited a little lost spark in you! ❤️

This is something I have doodled many times. This one should be easy enough to remember but some of these. 😮 I need a book with all the terminology and different zentangle elements. 🤯 Thank you so much for sharing this. Much appreciated. ✌🏻😻✏️🖼️🖊️🇺🇸

I agree! There are so many and it’s tricky to remember all of the steps to each one! I like to repeat my favorites over and over and then I toss in a “fancy” one on occasion.

@@KelliBlouin I bought an inexpensive book to give me more info. I have learned from you and Barbara. I guess I will just keep going. 😁

Mine looked like a leaf on my first three tries! It's tricky getting it to flow and look wavy. Try again!

I know that our copies wont be as slick as yours but you lose me when you do the shading,,,it ruins my whole tangle.......
@KelliBlouin Жыл бұрын
Oh, no! Definitely skip it then! I did not shade for the first two years that I was drawing these patterns. I did not like covering up my work with lead and I did not understand where to put it. It is not necessary at all. I promise!
