15 MINUTES OKRO SOUP | HOW TO MAKE EASY OKRO SOUP | QUARANTINE MEAL | AFROLEMS

This 15 minutes Okro soup is the recipe you did not know you needed. This can also be achieved with other variations of seafood available to you. I decided to make a quarantine version with very limited resources. Okro soup is popular in Nigerian cuisine with multiple variations of how it's made. Some ethnic groups eat it with a spicy tomato based stew and others eat it with different vegetables. Some vegetables may be ugwu (pumpkin leaves) or bitter leaf or scent leaves. INGREDIENTS
10 - 12 PIECES OF OKRO
2 SMALL PIECES OF DRY FISH
2 TABLESPOONS OF CRAYFISH POWDER
1/4 BULB OF ONIONS
4 SCOTCH BONNET PEPPERS
1 CUP WATER
1/3 CUP PALM OIL
2 SEASONING CUBES
2 TABLESPOONS SCENT LEAVES (CHOPPED)
SALT
