I'd call it a pancake myself. I'd even divide the batter in three portions or four and make them individual p'cakes. Where's the cinnamon and vanilla for flavour AND to cut the rawness of the egg. Just saying. I see a lot of possibilities with this mix. Thank you. Fr. an island in the West Indies👍🤗🌴
