Made this twice now and can't believe how good it was, I don't eat cheese so opted for nutritional yeast for flavour, end product looked like a quiche. I love Oats but wanted to utilise them in different ways since I've started baking with blended Oats to make a flour. Halfed the recipe as I only have a smaller tefal pan and still came out amazing. I also added green onion and garlic 👌

Oats, 2 eggs mix and rest. Add cinnamon powder and 2 tablet spoon of honey. Mix again and cook like pancake. Best bf ever.

Instead of 1 cup of milk, I used 1/2 cup milk and 1/2 cup plain yogurt. I did try both -- it's just a matter taste which is better. Both are great. Cheers.

That looked like a lot of crushed red pepper. I have a recipe with quick oats and peanut butter (and other stuff) to make no-bake cookies. It basically makes peanut butter fudge full of oats.
