3:50 él/ella/Ud. should be "estuvo" (not estuvieron). 4:24 él/ella/Ud. should be "anduvo (not anduvieron) un error, -o dos-, lo tiene cualquiera ;)

Maria , I believe you made an accidental mistake by conjugating the 3rd person singular preterite for estar and andar as estuvieron and anduvieron instead estuvo and anduvo respectively.

Estuv the ending change for El/Ella/Usted is not ieron. In her display it's changed to estuvieron. She needs to proof read her work. It should actually be estuvo!
