AS IF…. this channel couldn’t stillll impress me & is the GOAT of this whole platform, I’m just dreaming of being on all these beautiful islands but then there’s a huge respectful nod to an incredible person I’d never heard of, Eddie Aiko. This list is just the opinion of one KZbinr. It also didn’t mention Palau, Micronesia, The Marianas, The Gilbert’s, Vanuatu Islands, The San Juan Islands, or the islands running up the west coast of Canada and Alaska. There are honestly more amazing island groups on planet Earth than can possibly be put into a thousand Videos. But I agree, the Philippines should not have been left off this list.

I'll give that prominence is measured in a strange way based on the tallest peak of the landmass it is on, but at no point do people measure mountains from the ocean floor. At that point you can tack on 36,000 ft to any mountain, which makes no sense apart from the "oh neat, this is how high is would be if there was no water on earth."

The Philippines did not made it to the list but the thumbnail they use for rhis video is the Hundred Islands of Pangasinan Province. They even put a video clipping of Coron, Palawan in one of the videos. Don't get me wrong, the places featured in this list are gorgeous! I just feel click baited because of the thumbnail. 😁

What's up with the 4 mile high mountain in Sunda islands? Also, a cruise ship navigated the NORTHWEST PASSAGE and crashed on the reefs of the Solomons? I'm sure there's more issues but those are glaring. Unfortunate considering the imagery, editing and voice of the narrator are all fantastic. I understand we all flub facts but a 4 mile high mountain (21120 ft) and a disproven legendary passage north of Canada from the Atlantic to the Pacific are, in my opinion, inexcusable.
