I think Taylor and Selena's requests are Very normal. Taylor's are all at Starbucks and Selena's are at any convenience store. It would be way too much trouble to get them in themselves because of paps, fans and security. Not wanting to hear Justin's name is a great idea! When she was getting over him it probably hurt just to hear his name and it might have changed her vibe/mood then she has to go see hers fans.
